I'm really sorry to hear about your troubles -- sounds pretty frustrating.
(Sorry about the email bouncing -- we did just receive an uninstall message from you, i haven't had a chance to follow that up yet)
TimeSnapper keeps a little error log for when things fail, and hopefully it holds an explanation for us about why it isn't running succesfully on your machine.
Again, I'm sorry about your frustrations. It seems that sometimes when 1 thing goes wrong, everything else starts to go wrong as well.
We'll do our best to help you out of course, and we are always willing to provide a refund too.
