Don't delay snapping while Update Notification shows

Hi!
This morning when I booted my machine I got the update notification for the new TimeSnapper version which is great. The problem is that this message was displayed somewhere in the background, i.e. several other application windows from my Startup group pushed themselves in front of it (I did not sit through the whole startup phase so I missed the initial popup) so I didn't notice this until after I had already done some work for about an hour and finally minimized or closed those other windows only to discover that none of this had been recorded... :(
It would be really great if you could show the Update Notification non-modally in a separate thread or something so that snapping could continue until I acknowledge the update.
A simpler to implement alternative would be the brute-force approach of just making the notification dialog system-modal so that it can never be hidden by other windows but I think that would actually be kind of rude...

I guess I'll have to wait for the release of TS 3.6 before I can confirm this to be fixed in TS 3.5.0.5 ... ;)
