confirmed bug: timebar switches to selection mode after closing Flag (repost)

Reposted as new thread to raise visibility. Originally posted here: Viewer: Delete Image needs an Undo!
Steps to reproduce:
- Click on a Note marker in the time bar (given there is one of course)
- Close the Note dialog (doesn't matter how - both OK and Cancel have the same effect)
- Press left or right cursor key -> timebar is now in selection mode
This can be quite bad when it happens without you noticing and you just want to delete the currently displayed snapshot after having stepped through the timebar using only the cursor keys...
still there in TimeSnapper 3.4.0.21
