Have the taskbar tooltip show current task

The TimeSnapper app minimizes to the taskbar and when you put your cursor over it, the tooltip is something like "TimeSnapper (Active)" right? It would be helpful to have the tooltip include what the current task flag is so I could see if I've forgotten to add a flag for what I'm doing at the moment.
Maybe taking it a step further, instead of just a tooltip, have it be sort of a "toast" thing that pops up that has the task flag info and a thumbnail of the last screen cap that was taken or something.
