Browser window opens 'off screen'

My TS day browser window has, for some reason, decided to open with the title bar off the top of the screen and I can't get it to not do this.
So far I have tried
1) repositioning the browser window (using Alt + spacebar) and then closing the window
2) repositioning the window and then closing TS completely
This is an dual monitor configuration.

Ah ha - problem solved - albeit via an indirect route...
I switched off the dual monitor mode - the TS browser window repositioned itself to the other monitor (correctly positioning).
Switched on dual monitor mode and moved the browser window to the position I wanted on the other monitor and then closed it.
It now reopens in the same (correct) position.
