Sad [:(] How do you undo "Exclude from Capture..."?
Reply Quote
Got a little careless with my wildcards and now need to undo an "Exclude from Capture...".  Is there a way? Can't seem to find one.

<fingers_crossed>Please don't say I have to edit/recreate the fdb.</fingers_crossed>

Spoke too soon...even though UPDATE query worked and subsequent SELECT showed it updated, the record reverted back to original value after turning Timesnapper back on.

Update: Got it to work by pausing Timesnapper, running UPDATE query, restarting Timesnapper, and then adding in a new filter via "Exclude from capture".  There was some weird db caching or db lock going on before.  But now I'm happy.

SQL Executer is probably a fun way to do it... but doing it from the client is probably easiest :)

But you are right, TimeSnapper does cache these values which explains the appeared weirdness in behavior.

Check out TimeSnapper, the automatic screenshot journal at www.timesnapper.com

It runs in the background of your computer, taking screenshots of your desktop every few seconds all week long.

TimeSnapper lets you play back your week just like a movie. Use it to improve your work habits and become more productive.
