I lost TimeSnapper.fdb during a system crash. All the images are intact. Is there anyway I can effectively rebuild TimeSnapper.fdb from the image directory?

You can to import the images using the Tools -> Advanced -> Import Images from older version. But you will be missing some information for generating statistics.

Check out TimeSnapper, the automatic screenshot journal at www.timesnapper.com
It runs in the background of your computer, taking screenshots of your desktop every few seconds all week long.
TimeSnapper lets you play back your week just like a movie. Use it to improve your work habits and become more productive.

So if you delete the database and re-install timesnapper it will rebuild the database for you. (actually just deleting the database might be enough to get it rebuilt.) After that you can reimport your images as described above.
