Provide 'Save As' right click option for images

I use TS to record demos of applications and then want to save selected images away to another folder with meaningful names (eg 120 CreateNewClient.png).
A right click option which brings up a Save As dialog box would be very helpful here. Or the ability to drag and drop the currently displayed image from TS into an Explorer folder to just copy it to the folder woul be just as good
