Hi Wabbit,
would you mind testing for me the latest build:
1. Download: http://www.timesnapper.com/downloads/TimeSnapperPro_v2.6.4.zip
2. Extract over you current installation of TimeSnapper
3. Run and see how it works
If this works, I'll put it in the main release.

Tested it and still not working :( I extracted over my current installation and made sure it was the new version.

Wabbit, I do believe I have good news :)
Can you try once more? Same instructions, a different .zip file:
http://www.timesnapper.com/downloads/TimeSnapperPro_v2.6.4.2.zip
Now this should work if you have TimeSnapper set to capture "All screens" (still does not capture semi-transparent windows if you have multiple monitors and select only a single screen)

Good news indeed! Tried the new version and it works! *does the happy rabbit dance*
I can confirm it doesn't work when set to a single screen on multiple monitors but certainly does work when set to "All Screens"
