How dyou add a custom Flag?

Occassionally, I'll create How-To software installation videos using Camtasia. I've found TimeSnapper very effective when doing a a dry run of a new product install or upgrade. By adding a "How-To" flag before and after, I can easily create a "story board" to review and take notes of all the key steps involved before recording the with Camtasia.
However, the only way I can find to add "How-To" for the name of the flag is to do it manually each time. Is there a way to permanently add it to the drop down selection?
BTW, tried to sign-in before writing this post but got an error msg, so postiing annonymously.
