Reply Quote
When I start TimeSnapper I get:
Application has generated an exeption that could not be handled.
Process id = 0xf4c(3916), Thread id=0x5d8(1496).
Click OK to terminate the application.
Click CANCEL to debug the application.

Clicking CANCEL displays:
Registered JIT debugger is not available.  An attempt to launch a JIT debugger with the following command resulted
in an error code of 0x2(2). Please check computer settings.
cordbg.exe !a 0xf4c

Click on Retry to have the prcess wait while attaching the debugger manually.
Click on Cancel to abort the JIT debug request.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Lance

Hi Lance!

Do you have the .NET framework installed? (either 1.1 or 2.0)

Are you using TimeSnapper Classic or Pro? TS Pro should download the framework when you run the setup (if you don't have it installed).

If you have the framework installed, I recommend downloading the latest version from our frontpage: www.timesnapper.com and reinstalling.

If the above doesn't work, please get back to us!

Thanks
Atli

Here is a link to the page where you can download the Microsoft .NET framework 2.0
although installing the Pro version is probably the easiest way since it will download it automatically for you
