Trying to import snap files from another machine

Hi,

I am using the trial V2.7.0.2 and I snapped a day on the 26th feb and I have copied the snap direcotry to another machine, however when I try and do an import a window flashes up top left and nothing happens and I can not view the files ???

Any ideas ?

Hi Wayne,

did you perhaps select the "2008-02-06" folder for the import?  You have to select its parent folder:

eg. select this folder:
c:\snapshots\
instead of:
c:\snapshots\2008-02-06\

That should do the trick, if not let us know!
