    Has somebody figured out Timesnapper/Fogbugz integration so that I can use TS to specify which Fogbugz case I'm working on?

no, not that we know of.  We are using FogBugz hosted for our Timesnapper support so we don't have direct access to the database to develop/test it.

But we're here to help you with it though.  (and we'd also be interested in getting a copy of the work so we can give to others!).
